Eligibility for Admission
Students from the following districts will be given preference in admission: Any student who has successfully completed the Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Courses or any other courses recognized by the University of Madras or equivalent to it, is eligible for admission to the bachelor's degree course.
Withdrawal
A student once enrolled for a course is expected to complete the same. She may not withdraw from the college without informing the Principal in writing. Otherwise she will be liable to pay fees for the period and her name remains on the rolls..
Eligibility Certificate
Eligibility Certificate from the Alagappa University, should be produced by candidates who have passed the following examinations:
Candidate is admitted to the courses mentioned above after due scrutiny of application and required documents.
- HSC Examination of Tamil Nadu Govt. (Private Study)
- Private candidates from the CBSE under the open school system
- Higher Secondary or equivalent examinations conducted by all other State Boards in India / abroad
Paying Procedure
Provisional selected candidates
The provisionally "SELECTED CANDIDATES" should pay the amount by cash at College Office. If the candidate fails to pay the fees at the prescribed date and time, the provisional selection will be automatically cancelled.
Enrolled Students
A student enrolled for a course is expected to complete the same. she may not withdraw from the college without informing the Principal in writing. Otherwise she will be liable to pay the fees for the period of her name remaining on the nominal roll.
General Information
Admission to Loyola is no guarantee for a degree. The college expects the students to do serious and sustained work and to make maximum use of the facilities offered for their all-round development. No student is allowed to take tuitions privately from the teachers of this college. Exams will be conducted at the end of every semester. Attendance is compulsory and their promotion will depend on their regularity

- Ragging in any form is a serious offence and those indulging in it will be summarily dismissed.
- Possession of Camera Cell-Phone is strictly prohibited in the Campus. Use of cellular phones inside class room / corridors is strictly forbidden.

Parents and Guardians are reminded that they should follow the students’ progress in studies and her general conduct in and outside the college. The College expects parents or guardians to co-operate with the College authorities in the education of their daughters. Their co-operation is solicited especially to ensure a regular attendance.

The Public is informed that the COLLEGE DOES NOT ACCEPT DONATIONS IN ANY FORM, FOR ADMISSIONS. Beware of anyone who promises you to get an admission on payment of money. They are also informed that it is our policy to accommodate a larger number of poor students in the College and to restrict admissions.
